Can I reinstall my travel eSIM if I accidentally remove it?

In most cases, a travel eSIM can only be downloaded once and cannot be reinstalled after it’s been deleted.

However, some devices allow you to restore the same eSIM from your phone’s SIM Manager or SIM Settings if it was previously installed on that device.

If your device doesn’t offer a reinstall option — or if the reinstall fails — you’ll need to request an eSIM replacement.

Important notes

Reinstallation only works on the same device where the eSIM was originally installed.
Deleted eSIMs cannot be moved to a different device.
To avoid issues, do not remove your travel eSIM until after your trip.
